FAG is a central account; only IADA can make the transaction. This puts us level with the nationals.

If it's available in Germany,  our standard process is 5-7 days, but we can get it in 3 days if communicated at time of order. If standard is okay, place everything through our portal —we will pick up the rest assuming you have checked the lead time and accept it.

If you need it in 3 days, we recommend emailing the order to ndcorders@iadaltd.co.uk stating a 3-day lead time.

The FAG medias portal shows you instant availability, but doesn’t show you a price. You will need the IADA portal for this but once they are open it's really easy.

It's much less than it was pre-IADA NDC. Consistently across the range they are excellent.

Our NDC margin is around 5%, we can pass that on in extreme circumstances. We can also get Schaeffler involved if the request is meaty.
